FRESNO, Calif. ā€“ The Fresno State women's golf team is set for the 2024 Mountain West Women's Golf Championship in Rancho Mirage, Calif. at the Dinah Shore Tournament Course at Mission Hills Country Club (par-72, 6,286 yards).

The 54-hole championship will be played April 16-18, the teams will play 18 holes each day, with tee times beginning at 7 a.m. PT.

THE FIELD

Seven of the nine MW programs are ranked in the top 100 nationally. San JosƩ State paces the Conference at No. 26, followed by Colorado State (52), UNLV (67), New Mexico (74), San Diego State (89), Nevada (95), Fresno State (100), Boise State (104) and Wyoming (170).

Individually, five MW golfers rank inside the top 100 nationally.

DAY 1 PAIRINGS

Group 1: 7:00-7:36 a.m. ā€“ San JosĆ© State, New Mexico, Fresno State

Group 2: 7:45-8:21 a.m. ā€“ Colorado State, San Diego State, Boise State

Group 3: 8:30-9:06 a.m. ā€“ UNLV, Nevada, Wyoming

For rounds two and three, team groups will be set by result.

HOW TO FOLLOW ALONG

All three rounds will be streamed live on GolfKast via GKLive.TV, from tee-off of the first group through completion of the final group. Hole 18 will include live play-by-play each day from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. PT. Jesse Kurtz of the Mountain West Network and former San Diego State coach and LPGA professional Leslie Spalding will be on the call.

LAST TIME OUT

The Fresno State women's golf team finished 10th at the Wyoming Cowgirl Classic after shooting a 28-over 892 at the Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Club.

Amelia Garibaldi set a new low round vs. par after carding a 5-under 67 in the final round. Garibaldi moved up 35 spots on the leaderboard, finishing tied for 16th with a score of 2-over 218.

Katelyn Lehigh and Sophia Chen finished the tournament tied for 36th at 7-over. Vunissa Vu shot 14-over and Katelyn Harris finished 18-over.
