2024 'Dogs in the NFL: Week 1

FRESNO, Calif. - Six of the seven former Bulldogs on 53-man rosters saw action around the NFL in Week One of the 2024 season.

Davante Adams, Las Vegas Raiders

Adams had five catches for 59 yards in the season opener on the road at the Los Angeles Chargers.

Week 2 game: Sunday (9/15) @ Baltimore Ravens (0-1)

Derek Carr, New Orleans Saints

Carr had a stellar performance in the season opener for the Saints, putting up 200 yards and three touchdowns. Carr completed 19-of-23 pass attempts against the Carolina Panthers. He added two rushes for 13 yards on the ground. Carr led the Saints to a dominant victory, connecting with eight different receivers in the win.

Week 2 game: Sunday (9/15) @ Dallas Cowboys (1-0)

Jake Haener, New Orleans Saints

Haener saw limited action in the fourth quarter, finishing with one incompletion. Haener was named the backup quarterback in week one after battling through the preseason with Spencer Rattler.

Jordan Mims, New Orleans Saints

Mims added four carries for 11 yards in the Saints Week One victory on Sunday.

Arron Mosby, Green Bay Packers

Mosby was not active in the Packers' game against the Philadelphia Eagles in Brazil on Friday.

Week 2 game: Sunday (9/15) vs Indianapolis Colts (0-1)

Ronnie Rivers, Los Angeles Rams

Rivers finished the game with 16 yards on two carries for the Rams on Sunday night.

Week 2 game: Sunday (9/15) @ Arizona Cardinals (0-1)

Mykal Walker, Washington Commanders

Walker totaled two tackles on Sunday, one on defense and one on special teams. The Commanders dropped their season opener to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on the road on Sunday.
